POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
Positive Mental Attitude – Firstly what is Positive Mental Attitude? How do you achieve it and how do you maintain it? Can you excel without it? We offer everyday strategies to grow your PMA and learn to “bounce back”.
This training is based upon creating the correct mindset, based on three major concepts: clarity, rationality and positivity. The course objective is to clarify thinking, make it systematic and well organised and to ensure a sustainable positive mental state.
We offer this course to school groups, council youth groups and corporate groups. Typically a 2 hour session.
